COMPUTER CONSULTING/BUILDING

Are you aware that major computer companies have a 25/30% markup on their computers?   Have you ever thought about building your own computer, or having someone else build you a computer?  If so,  I can help you.

My name is Carl and I am someone that can either help you build your own computer or build one for you.  I began building complete computer systems when the personal computer (PC), as we know it today, was being sold in the early 1980s!  I saved a great deal of money on my PC by building it myself, so I decided to find out if anyone else would be interested in saving money too! I found a rather large market for my services and even being in the Army at the time, I helped others and made a few bucks myself. Fast forward to today . . .

First off, I charge a flat fee depending on the size of the computer (usually in the $100-$200 range).  I will consult with you over the phone to find out exactly what you want your computer to do.  Then I will locate the lowest prices and give you an estimated total price.  I have to have at least 50% of the selling price as a deposit.   This allows me to know that those who request my assistance really want to do business!

If you are not interested in me building your computer, I will find you the cheapest parts.  I have an uncanny ability for finding the most inexpensive name brand parts (sometime I even surprise myself)!  I will do this for no charge, nada, nothing, FREE. I just ask that if you are satisfied with my services, that you spread the word . . .

Here is an example of the computer I can build for you(or you could build yourself):

Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 2.0Mhz or higher

You may say "But Carl I have seen many computers advertised for well under $1000."   If you read the details in the advertisement of the computer you will see that no brand names are given on any of the parts, and most often no monitor is provided.  That is because the computer  companies don't want you to know what cheap quality parts they are using.  I could probably build a computer using the parts that those companies would use and save about $200-300.  Of course your system would vary depending on the ability you want it to have.  The system above, believe me, is fast!!!  I have run my entry level system on Winstone 98 and it was faster than a Dell/Gateway © equal offering.

I am not here to rip you off, so let me help.  I don't get paid until you get your computer (some systems require a down payment).  Complete time to build the computer is about 1-2 weeks depending on shipping times(I normally get parts from the West Coast).  I will contact you to give updates and estimates on progress.
